Privacy Policy
MyBreak ("we", "us") operates mybreak.club. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect, and why
- Demo bookings. When you book a demo we collect your name, email address and club name. We use these to schedule and hold the demo, send you the calendar invite and video-call link, and follow up about your enquiry.
- Direct enquiries. If you email us, we hold your message and contact details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
- Rate check. Figures entered into the EPOS rate checker are used only in your browser to show you an estimate — they are not sent to us or stored.
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the site is used — page views and button clicks in aggregate. It sets no cookies, stores no personal information, and can't identify you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that make this site work:
- Cal.com — processes demo bookings (name, email, club name, chosen time) so the meeting can be scheduled. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
- Google — calendar invites and Google Meet links are generated through Google Calendar. See the Google privacy policy.
- Umami — cookie-free, anonymised analytics that show us aggregate site usage (never who you are). See the Umami privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry details are kept for as long as we're talking to you about MyBreak, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you pick the conversation back up. If you'd like them deleted sooner, just ask.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your personal information at any time, and you can complain to the ICO if you're unhappy with how we've handled it.
